Homemade Jelly
1.
1 pack of pea starch.
2.
Put water in the pot and pour the water to the boil.
3.
Wither the starch into a paste and pour it into the pot.
4.
Add 2 tablespoons of salt.
5.
After cooking for 2 minutes, the starch in the pot has slowly begun to become a paste. In order to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan, use a rolling pin to stir in the pan in a clockwise direction. After 15 minutes, the batter has been cooked into a transparent shape, indicating that it has been cooked.
6.
Put it in a basin and put it in the refrigerator, and let the jelly cool completely.
7.
After cooling for 6 hours, pour it out of the basin and place it on a cutting board.
8.
Cut into large pieces, I only used one-third.
9.
Then cut into long slices.
10.
Serve it on the plate.
11.
Prepare the small ingredients, make 20 grams of homemade oily spicy pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of vinegar, 2 grams of chicken essence, and boil water to make small ingredients.
12.
Pour the small ingredients into the chopped jelly and mix well.
13.
Serve it on the table and start eating, it tastes good.
Tips:
1. The boiled jelly must be stirred constantly to avoid sticking the pot.
2. The jelly must be completely cold installed, otherwise it will not be chewy and not tasty.
