Homemade Jelly

1. Heat the water, coconut powder, and sugar in a pot, then add the soaked agar and stir to melt. Don't stop stirring after melting, it will be easy to crust if it is left to cool.

2. Pour it into the mold after it cools a little bit, it can solidify at room temperature, or put it in the refrigerator.

3. It takes about an hour to demould, and the coconut jelly is ready.
