Creamy Tortilla

Put coconut flour, flour, and corn flour in a large bowl

Then add milk powder, salt, sugar, dry yeast, add water and stir to form a paste

The batter is about this level, it can’t be too dry
4.
Put a little oil in the pan, pour in the diluted batter, and fry until golden brown on both sides and ready to be out of the pan
5.
That's probably it!
Tips:
1. The batter should not be too dry and not particularly western
2. Put less or no oil, the pan will not stick if you don’t put oil on it.
