Curry Bacon Bread

Take out the bacon, don’t need to slice it, put it in the microwave on high heat for three minutes

Then a lot of fat will come out, pour it into the bread bucket while it’s hot

First add 5g salt

Add 48g sugar

Sift in 330g high-gluten flour

Add 10g coconut flour

Add 4g curry powder

Add 4g of yeast in a little warm water to dissolve

Then add it to the bread bucket, add in water, a total of 230g

Choose a sweet bread program

The dough is slowly forming

After half an hour, add the bacon mashed with a spoon

Tips:
I didn’t add butter because bacon is fatter~
Coconut flour is to complement the taste of curry, if not, milk powder or nothing will be fine~
