Homemade Jelly

Weigh pea starch and water according to the weight in the table of materials.

Pour the water in a large bowl into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

The water in a small bowl flushes out the pea starch
4.
Stir evenly with a stirring rod

Bring the water in the pot to a boil and turn to low heat

Pour the stirred starch paste into the pot slowly, stirring constantly
7.
Simmer on low heat until the jelly is completely transparent and blisters can be turned off
8.
Pour the cooked jelly into a large bowl
9.
Use cold water to cool down and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

The finished jelly is already opaque

It can be demoulded directly by inverting it into the plate.

Grate or cut into pieces, add your favorite seasonings, mix well and serve.
