Homemade Jelly

Put the pork skin into a pot of cold water and boil

Take it out while it is hot and scrape off the grease inside with a knife, and use tweezers to clean up the remaining pig hair

After scraping off the grease, wash it with boiling water and then cut into thin strips

Add coarse salt

Rub the pig skin with your hands after baking soda to remove the fishy and greasy

After scrubbing with salt and baking soda, rinse with hot water
7.
Finally, put the washed pigskin back into the pot, add water and boil for 2 hours (a catty of pigskin is about 3 catties and a half of water)
8.
The boiled pig skin and the soup will be frozen after cooling
9.
Cut into slices and dipped in the seasoning and you can eat it
