Homemade Melaleuca Tart

Prepare the custard crust.

Beat the eggs and mix thoroughly.

Add sugar, milk, whipped cream and stir well.

The tuned egg liquid is sieved.

Pour the egg mixture into the tart crust, and it will be 80% full.

Put it on the baking tray.

Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Tips:
The egg tarts are more tender when the egg liquid is sieved.
