Homemade Milk Cover Green Tea
1.
First, make the tea well. I always boil the water for the first time, soak it for 1, 2 minutes and pour out the water (because there is some bitterness in the first time).
2.
When making the tea, I added sugar to make it easier to dissolve... I added brown sugar so it would look a bit darker in color. You can buy tea bags directly for convenience...
3.
I found a quilt with a smaller and deeper opening. Add whipped cream, milk, sugar, and salt to it and beat it in ice water for about 50 seconds. The whipped cream is more viscous.
4.
When the whipped cream looks like this, you must pay attention to it. It has been almost a few days. Donβt keep playing. Itβs easy to pass. It will not be fine and not sticky. It will only take a few seconds to send a good song. So it's the clock! The first time I played, I would rather play it not sticky enough than you have played it! πππ
5.
After the finished tea is cool, filter the green tea and pour it into the cup and then pour it into the whisked milk lid.
6.
Add a few ice cubes to the finished product to taste better ππ
7.
The finished product is super love to drinkππππ You can put as little sugar as possible to make yourself fat and not easy to get fatππ
Tips:
1 The amount of sugar depends on your own taste, but salt is recommended to enhance the flavor. Do not add more than 1g
2 Every time I beat it with ice water, I have never tried to beat the cream by myself without water. Just pay attention to the whipping state.
3 It is more time-saving and energy-saving to use a container with a smaller cup and a higher wall.
4 What I do is for one person, a larger one, and barely enough for two people...
5 Drinks can be replaced by black tea, scented tea, oolong tea, coffee, milk tea, etc.
6 The surface of the milk cover can also be sifted some cocoa powder, matcha powder, chocolate chips, small snacks and the like for decoration
