Homemade Mooncake Filling-red Bean Paste Filling

Pick and clean the red beans.

Don't need to soak, put it directly into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water. (The depth of the water is about two finger joints).

The well-cooked red beans are crispy, so let it cool a bit.

Put it into the soymilk machine and stir into a puree. Or use a food processor or a meat mixer.

All stirred red bean paste.

Add oil to the pot, add bean paste, sugar, and stir fry.

If the red bean paste is very thin, place the spatula in the middle and keep stirring. Make a small fire.

Each time you add oil, let the bean paste and oil fuse and add another time. When it is dry, add cooked flour and mix well.

You can make mooncakes when it's cold.
Tips:
1. When frying, use a low heat and stir quickly, or it will not splash out.
2. Moderate can be according to personal taste.
3. If the beans are not soaked, add enough water when cooking. I use a smart rice cooker.
