Homemade Noodles

Cut potatoes into small cubes; slice ham into thin slices; chop chopped green onion; crush peanuts

Shred the green onion; fry the egg until golden

Boil the lye noodles and pass in cold water twice; boil the diced potatoes in water

Put the noodles in the bottom of the bowl, add ham, diced potatoes, and fried eggs in sequence. Place the chopped green onion, shredded green onion, soybean paste, and chili noodles on top. Boil the peanut oil until piping hot, pour it in, and serve it cold.
Tips:
If you like garlic, you can add minced garlic.
