Homemade Nougat

Peanuts are cooked in the microwave, let cool and peeled

Pure white plain marshmallows with butter, bite in the microwave for no more than one minute. When you see the marshmallows start to expand and melt, take them out of the microwave immediately

Pour powdered milk and peanuts into the swelled and melted marshmallow, and start stirring quickly

Add peanuts and continue to stir

After stirring evenly, pour it into a container, let cool, cover it, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. It can be cut and eaten. In order to prevent the nougat from sticking to the container, it can be combined with plastic wrap or wax paper. The container is isolated, and milk powder can also be used to prevent adhesion

The finished product has no preservatives added at all, so the taste of the made nougat will be softer than the one bought outside
