Homemade Nougat

Turn on low heat and melt the weighed butter in a non-stick pan

Put the weighed marshmallows in the butter and stir until melted

Add crushed peanuts and other ingredients, such as cranberries or dried mangoes, turn off the heat and stir quickly evenly. I like to eat mangoes, just put some dried mangoes on the outer layer, which is okay.

Mix the nougat paste and put it in a non-stick baking pan or other square container, and arrange it into a square shape. After the thickness is uniform, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. After pouring it out, you can start to cut into strips and wrap it beautifully. The sugar paper is done, definitely better than the bought one.
