Homemade Oil Chili

Wash the onion and slice it, wash the parsley and cut into three-centimeter-long sections, cut the green onion, wash and cut it into 5 centimeters long, and peel the ginger into slices.

Wipe off the water in the wok, turn on medium heat, and add corn oil.

When the oil is 80% hot, add the chopped onion, parsley and ginger and fry for about one minute.

Add green onions and fry until the color changes.

Remove the fried onions, parsley, green onions, and ginger and turn off the heat.

When the oil is 60% hot, add chili powder and salt, and mix well.
7.
After the chili powder fully absorbs oil and cools down, it can be put into a bottle and sealed for storage.
