Bacon Braised Rice

Wash the peas and set aside. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Wash the starch from the surface of the potatoes with running water. Prepare the minced chili. Wash the rice in advance and set aside.

Rinse the bacon and cut into small cubes for later use.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat to 7 layers. Add the potatoes and stir fry for a while.

Then the potatoes are taken out and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and stir-fry the bacon for a while.

Add the potatoes and stir fry a few times with the bacon.

Put the pepper in the pot a few times.

Add peas one after another and stir well.

Add the rice one by one and stir fry a few times quickly.
10.
Put the fried ingredients into the rice cooker.
11.
Add appropriate amount of water and press the cooking button.

The savory bacon braised rice is ready to serve!
Tips:
1. The bacon is salty, so I didn't add salt. 2. The amount of water used to cook braised rice should be less than usual.
