Homemade Pan-fried Fish Tofu

Prepare the main ingredients: chopped green onion and ginger, soak in a little warm water, clean and cut pangasius, cornstarch, and an egg.

Put the fish into an electric mixer, add salt, eggs, sugar, white pepper, corn starch, green onion and ginger water, cooking wine, and soy sauce.

Stir it into a delicate minced fish. The stirred fish is sticky. Pick up a piece and hang it on the shovel. This state is the best.
