Homemade Peach Hill Bark

Soak the white kidney beans in advance and peel off the skin

Put it in a pot to cook or pressure cooker

Cook until you can pinch it with your hands and it will become soft

Put it in the food processor and add some water to boil the kidney beans

Beaten into juice

And then sieved to be more delicate

add some oil

Add milk powder and cooked flour and stir well

Stir-fry until the moisture is dry

Stir-fry after adding maltose

Stir fry until you can make small rounds

Plate.
Tips:
The white kidney beans need to be peeled and boiled until they become soft and pureed. They must be sieved. Maltose can't be fried with sugar.
