Homemade Peanut Sesame Paste

Fry the black sesame and peanuts into powder in advance. First, fry the glutinous rice flour in a non-stick pan over a slow fire until it is slightly yellow. Add the black sesame powder and peanut powder, and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry the black sesame peanut powder and fill it up, cover it with an airtight lid after it has cooled down, and use it as you eat

Stir-fry black sesame peanut powder in a non-stick pan, add fine sugar, my ratio is 2:1, the sweetness is according to your preference

Add boiling water, mix evenly over low heat and serve
Tips:
If it’s agglomerated after being left for a few days, you can heat it up and stir fry again. Stir in the sugar when it tastes best
