Homemade Pickled Fish
1.
Cut the bought fish into pieces and wash them (mine was cut by the fish boss for help)
2.
Cut ginger and garlic and set aside
3.
Drain the washed fish pieces and put them in the marinated fish bag. Marinate for five minutes
4.
While the marinated fish is waiting, heat the wok into the oil, add ginger and garlic, add the sauerkraut bag and stir fry until fragrant, then add the seasoning bag and stir fry.
5.
Then add boiling water that can surpass the fish and cook for three minutes until the sauerkraut tastes out. (The big fish pot is small, so it looks more water)
6.
Put in the fish head and fish bones and cook for three to five minutes. Add the fish fillets and cook for two or three minutes. That's it.
Tips:
The flavor of the seasoning packet is okay, and there are children in the family, so no chili and other seasonings are included. If you like spicy food, you can add chili!
