Homemade Plain Yogurt

Prepare fresh milk and yogurt bacteria. There are many kinds of yogurt bacteria. You can choose your favorite bacteria, but they must be frozen to keep their activity; 900 ml of fresh milk, 1 gram of yogurt bacteria;

Prepare a large bowl, scald the spoon and bowl with boiling water, pour the milk and bacterial powder into the bowl;

Stir thoroughly with a spoon, so that the bacterial powder is completely melted into the milk;

Divide the milk into the small stew pot of Nine Sun Peach Blossoms, and fill up the 900 ml milk;

Pour cold water into the Nine Sun Peach Blossom to the water level, and then put the steaming rack in it;

Cover the small stew pot with the lid, place it on the steaming rack, select the "yogurt" program, the default is 8 hours; make it at night and enjoy it the next morning, it saves worry, effort and time!
Tips:
1. It is easier to make yogurt with fresh milk. For the original flavor, you only need to add yogurt bacteria and mix well; it can be made into yogurt and seasoned with fruit, jam, honey, etc.;
2. The yogurt fungus must be frozen and stored to maintain its activity after it is bought at home. It will lose its activity at room temperature. This is also an important reason for the unsuccessful yogurt; the container for making yogurt must be oil-free, and it will be boiled and cooked naturally. Control dry water before use.
