Homemade Pork Floss

Pork hind leg meat.

After removing the fascia, cut into 10 cm pieces.

Add meat, ginger slices and cooking wine in cold water.

After boiling, skim the floating powder and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Remove the cooked meat and let it cool.

Put the meat in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin.

Tear it open by hand.
8.
Put it in the bread machine and start the jam program.

After 40 minutes, you can add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and oil.

The meat floss is ready in 60 minutes. Let it cool and store in an airtight seal.
Tips:
If you don’t have a bread machine at home, you can use a non-stick pan or stir fry on a low heat.
