Homemade Red Bean Paste

Soak the red beans in water in advance for easy cooking

Put about twice as much water in the pressure cooker and press it to rotten

After a little cool, put it in the cooking machine to make red bean paste

Pour the red bean paste into the pot, heat it on a low heat, and stir continuously with a wooden spoon to prevent the bottom

Add some red sugar, and keep stirring (you can also add white sugar or rock sugar)

When it's a bit sticky, add a small piece of butter and stir constantly

When the bean paste has obvious lines, you can turn off the heat

Put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator, you can do a lot of stuff!
