Homemade Red Bean Paste

1. Ingredients: red beans, rock sugar.

2. Red beans under cold water.

3. Turn the water to a low heat and cook for about 40 minutes (do not cook too dry, because the bean paste will have a water absorption process in the later stage).

4. Pour the cooked beans and water into the food processor.

5. Stirred bean paste.

6. Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok, heat the oil, pour into the bean paste and stir fry.

7. Out of the pot.

Tips:

When frying the bean paste, be sure to have a low heat, otherwise the pot will be mixed.
