Homemade Red Bean Paste

After soaking the red beans overnight, use a pot to cook them, then use a mud press to crush the cooked red beans into puree

Use a sieve to filter the unground bean husks

Medium and small fire, stir the batter in a circular motion

After frying until most of the moisture has been lost, add sugar and maltose syrup, continue frying until it is non-stick, then take it out and refrigerate for later use.
