Homemade Red Bean Paste
1.
Pick the red beans and remove the miscellaneous beans and stones, and soak them a few hours in advance. I soaked them for four hours and they are almost soft. Then put it in a pressure cooker, and the beans are as high as the two knuckles at the height of the water. After SAIC, press for 20 minutes.
2.
Put it in a blender and mash it into a puree, the taste is almost the same as peeled
3.
Pour into a stainless steel pot (do not use iron or aluminum pots, I heard that there will be iron smell and discoloration)
4.
Put in the right amount of brown sugar and white sugar, you can taste the sweetness by yourself. Use a small fire to dry the water, you can add a little peanut oil, I'm afraid I didn't add it
5.
After the moisture is dried, the pot can be lifted to form a shape. It was too late when I made it, I was too lazy to take out the mold, just put it in the refrigerator after a little bit, the taste is really good, and it is very healthy.
