Homemade Red Bean Paste
1.
Soak the red beans in water overnight
2.
Pour out the water used to soak the red beans, pour it into the pressure cooker, add water about 2cm below the red beans, add rock sugar, cover with steam, and cook for 20 minutes
3.
Boiled red beans
4.
Put the red beans in the food processor
5.
Beaten into a fine red bean paste
6.
Put oil in a non-stick pan
7.
Pour the mashed bean paste and stir fry over low heat. (Easily spilled when stir-frying, be careful of burns)
8.
The rock sugar is put in when it is boiled, so there is no sugar in the stir-frying, and an appropriate amount of condensed milk is added. It tastes like a milky flavor.
9.
Stir fry until there are obvious lines, don’t fry too dry
10.
The homemade red bean paste is delicate, moderately sweet, and delicious mixed with milk flavor
Tips:
The amount of sugar is added according to their respective tastes. If it is used as filling for meringues or moon cakes, it should be slightly sweeter.
