Ingredients

Homemade Red Bean Paste

1. Red beans add twice as much water to soak for one night

2. The soaked red beans are twice the original amount. Wash them and put them in a pressure cooker. Add water to the amount just over the red beans. Press for about 10 minutes (turn to medium-low heat after the high heat is boiled)

3. The pressed red beans are very soft and rotten, and there is no excess soup

4. Add sugar and stir, and use a spatula to squeeze the red beans (if you like a finer texture, use a food processor to make sand)

5. Add oil to a non-stick pan and add the mixed bean paste and stir fry. After the oil and bean paste are fully integrated, add the next oil. Repeat this three times

6. Gently pat with a spatula will not bring up the excess bean paste to turn off the heat

7. Finished picture

Tips:

It is best to use large red beans, as the sand yield will be higher.
