Homemade Red Dates Puree
1.
Soak the red dates for four hours in advance.
2.
After soaking, add water, put it in a soup pot and bring it to a boil.
3.
Turn to low heat and cook for half an hour, turn off the heat, and simmer overnight. If it is done during the day, simmer for four hours.
4.
Let the red dates absorb water, and some of the skins can't bear it.
5.
It is easy to peel and core.
6.
Go out the jujube meat one by one. Be patient at this step.
7.
Pour into a saucepan and sauté over medium-low heat.
8.
Fry out the excess water to make the jujube puree sticky.
9.
If you can't finish it at a time, you can let it cool and then divide it into bags in the refrigerator.
