Homemade Red Dates Puree

Soak the jujube one hour in advance.

The soaked jujube is pitted.

Put it into the wall breaker and add 300 grams of purified water.

Start the stirring program, about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

The delicate jujube mud is ready.

Put the mashed jujube in a non-stick pot and boil slowly over low heat.

The color will get darker and darker.

Until it is sticky and becomes dark brown.

Prepare 30 grams of cooking oil and pour it into the jujube puree in five times.

Tips:
The jujube I used is sweeter, so no sugar is added.
