Homemade Rice Noodles with Steamed Pork

After mixing the two kinds of rice, soak for 3 hours, drain the water and put it in the pot. Be careful not to drain the oil.

Stir-fry on medium-high heat to remove moisture until the surface is slightly dry and cracked. Turn to low heat and continue to dry.

Stir fry until the surface is golden, cracked or bloomed like popcorn, then turn off the heat.

After letting it cool, place it on the chopping board and use a rolling pin to crush it. You can choose the crushed Chengdu according to your own taste. I like to eat the ones that are not too crushed, so roll them lightly. You can also use a wall breaker to crush them for more delicate. Then transfer it to a bowl and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of thirteen spices or five-spice powder, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
