Ordinary Small Sushi

1. Ordinary rice and glutinous rice (soaked in water one night in advance to soften) put in an appropriate amount of water and steamed in a rice cooker;

2. Peel the cucumber and carrot and cut into thin strips;

3. Beat the eggs and add a little salt;

4. Fry the eggs into egg cakes in a pan;

5. After frying, cut into long strips for later use;

6. Dry the steamed rice until warm, add sushi vinegar and stir well, then add cooked white sesame seeds;

7. Put a piece of fresh-keeping paper on the sushi curtain, then put Shanghai moss on it, and roll it up with rice and other ingredients (cucumber strips, radish strips, egg strips, seasonings, etc.);

8. Just cut into small pieces.

Tips:

1. If you think carrots are too hard, you can boil them softly;
2. Pay attention to compaction when rolling, I just didn't compact the finished product is not good-looking.
