Homemade Salad Dressing
1.
Stir the egg yolk and powdered sugar evenly,
2.
Whisk with a whisk,
3.
Dispatch until the color becomes lighter and the volume increases, add a large spoonful of salad oil (do not add too much each time, too much will easily fail) and continue to disperse.
4.
Add salad oil while stirring,
5.
Hit to a thicker state, (slightly standing on the side will not flow)
6.
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and then beat it,
7.
At this time it will be a little thin, add a large spoonful of salad oil and continue to stir.
8.
Then beat it until it is thick, add lemon juice, and salad oil until all the lemon juice and salad oil have been added.
9.
The salad dressing is ready,
Tips:
The salad dressing is thicker and thicker. If it is beaten and thinner, it means that the emulsification has failed. Then add another egg yolk to remedy it. Every time I add lemon juice until it becomes thick, I add salad oil three times in the middle. Adding oil three times and one lemon juice is a regular cycle until all the ingredients are added.
The unused seal can be stored in the refrigerator for a very long time.
