Homemade Scallion Cake

Wash the pork and cut into cubes.

Mince chopped green onion.

Knead the noodles with water for 10 minutes.

Add the diced pork when the pan is hot

Don't turn off the fire to remove the oil residue. If there is a lot of oil in the oil residue, it will not be brittle, so remove it in the pot with a colander and turn off the fire.

After the last layer is folded, pinch all the openings tightly to avoid cracking after heating. Use a rolling pin to press down slightly, so that there is oil residue on each layer, which is very material.

A pan, (or a non-stick pan), heat the pan and fry the oily dregs. It is better to have an electric baking pan. It can be fried directly on both sides.
