Homemade Scallion Oil

Prepare materials.

Peel off the garlic, and wash the green onion and ginger.

Cut the green onion into medium-length sections, and smash the ginger and garlic with a knife.

Pour into a hot oil pan, low heat, and slowly simmer out the flavor.

Fry until the green onions turn yellow and turn off the heat.

The boiled scallion oil is allowed to cool slightly, and the residue is filtered through a sieve to obtain the scallion oil.

Finished product.
Tips:
It's a pity to throw away the residue left over after boiling the scallion oil. It can be used to make scallion noodles, seaweed egg soup, or stir-fried pork with vegetables and so on.
