Homemade Soft Tofu

Soak the soybeans for 8 hours. Use a soymilk machine to make soymilk.

1 bowl of cooked soy milk.

Filter it.

Filtered soy milk.

The egg knocked into the bowl.

Beat evenly.

Mix soy milk and egg liquid.

Cover the microwave lunch box with plastic wrap.
9.
Filter it.
10.
Pour into the crisper.
11.
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap.
12.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
13.
Cut the tofu and put it on the plate. Add seasoning soy sauce, sesame oil, and MSG.
14.
Add coriander to garnish.
