Tips:
1. The donkey-hide gelatin should be crushed so that it is easy to soak. The yellow rice wine I use is Shazhou Youhuang, which is more fierce and soaked for a week.
2. The soaked bowl must be oil-free and water-free, it is easier to solidify when boiled.
3. Raw walnuts can be roasted in the oven. Red dates slices I use miss you slices, so there is no need to process them.
4. Use a spoon to stir constantly when boiling, so as not to muddy the bottom.
5. The black sesame seeds should be added in batches, first add one third, stir well, then add one third, then stir evenly, and finally add the remaining one third and stir evenly.
6. You can add hawthorn if you are afraid of getting angry. If you have cold hands and feet, you can add longan, or you can add some rock sugar powder to moisturize the lungs. I eat it for a diabetic, so I didn't add these.
