Homemade Sour Plum Soup

Prepare the ingredients first and then wash all the dry ingredients except rock sugar.

Take out all the ingredients in the health pot and put it in the pouring scale to reach the maximum of 1.5 liters (my pot is 1.5 liters maximum), and select the stewing soup stall by default for 40 minutes. Then I manually added another 15 minutes and let it cook by itself.

After it’s cooked, find a large cold cup and pour the cooked soup into the cold cup while it’s hot. Put the rock sugar and roses. I don’t recommend putting the roses in and cooking the roses will lose the taste.

Then continue to put water in the health pot and cook the remaining condiments for the second time. After cooking, pour it into a large cold cup. The water after boiling twice and neutralize the first time. The second time will be weaker. The second time will be about half of the neutralized taste. It will be better and then can’t wait to put it in the refrigerator to chill and drink.
Tips:
1. Add rock sugar after cooking, it will be sweet. The rock sugar should not be very sweet when cooked together.
2. It is recommended that the rose flower is cooked and thrown in while it is hot to soak.
3. You can also put some dried sweet-scented osmanthus, it is recommended to soak the taste after cooking.
4. My family likes to drink rich, so I put more condiments. If you like a lighter taste, you can halve all the ingredients and remember that the amount of hawthorn and orange peel in ebony is 1/2 of that of ebony.
