Homemade Spiced Sesame Floss

Choose pure pork leg, wash and cut into small pieces

Boil water in a pot under cold water

Prepare the spices

Put the boiled pork and spices into a pressure cooker, add a proper amount of water and cooking wine, cover the high heat, and turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

Then start the meat floss program of the bread machine, add cooked white sesame seeds 15 minutes before the end, and stir fry for about 1 hour in total.
