I have been buying bottled beef sauce, and I have seen so many people making it by themselves these days. I also learned to make beef sauce at home for the first time, and it tasted delicious! Because there is no Pixian bean paste at home, so I replaced it with Korean chili paste and fermented black bean paste!

Homemade Spicy Beef Sauce

1. Chop the beef you bought into beef filling

2. Scallion, ginger and garlic are finely chopped

3. Start the frying pan and put more oil than usual for cooking

4. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

5. Add beef filling and stir fry

6. Stir fry until the color is slightly changed, add a little Shaoxing wine

7. Continue to stir fry until all the color changes

8. Stir-fried beef filling

9. Put oil in the wok again, the oil is a little more than usual when cooking, add Korean chili sauce and stir fry

10. Add tempeh sauce and stir fry

11. Stir-fry on low heat until red oil comes out, add sweet noodle sauce, soybean paste, tomato sauce

12. Stir fry evenly

13. Add beef filling and continue to stir fry

14. Add some sugar

15. Add some light soy sauce, simmer slowly, use a spatula to stir constantly, avoid mashing the pot

16. Continue to stir fry, and finally add white sesame seeds

17. Turn off the heat after sautéing

18. Homemade spicy beef sauce complete

Tips:

I don’t have Pixian Doubanjiang in my house, so I replaced it with chili sauce and tempeh sauce.
