Because there is no Pixian bean paste at home, so I replaced it with Korean chili paste and fermented black bean paste! "

Homemade Spicy Beef Sauce

1. Chop the beef you bought into beef filling

2. Scallion, ginger and garlic are finely chopped

3. Start the frying pan and add the arowana blend oil, which is more than usual for stir-frying

4. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

5. Add beef filling and stir fry

6. When stir-frying until the color is slightly changed, add a little Shaoxing wine and continue to stir-fry until all the color changes

7. Stir-fried beef filling

8. Put the arowana oil in the wok again, the oil content is a little more than usual, add the Korean hot sauce and stir fry

9. Add tempeh sauce and stir fry

10. Stir-fry on low heat until red oil comes out, add sweet noodle sauce, soybean paste, tomato sauce

11. Stir fry evenly

12. Add beef filling and continue to stir fry

13. Add some sugar

14. Add some light soy sauce, simmer slowly, use a spatula to stir constantly, avoid mashing the pot

15. Continue to stir fry, and finally add white sesame seeds

16. Turn off the heat after sautéing

Tips:

You can adjust the sauce according to your own situation! My family does not have Pixian bean paste, so I replaced it with chili paste and tempeh sauce!
