Dried soybeans, pick out bad beans and miscellaneous beans, soak in water completely

Filter the soy milk with a sieve, leaving only the soy milk, and the soy dregs for other purposes

Boil the soy milk on low heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat

When the soy milk is aired to about 85 degrees, remove the soy skin on the surface

Slowly pour the white vinegar aqueous solution into the soy milk and stir evenly with a spoon

Pour the bean curd into the tofu box in batches. If there is too much water, you can hold it with your hands so that the whole pot of bean curd can be put into the small box. This process takes a while

Since it is the first time to make soy beans, the amount of soybeans is not very large. If you want to make a whole piece of tofu box, you can double the raw materials; it is especially emphasized that when making soy milk, do not have too much water to make the beans Just turn it around, so that you can save time and trouble when ordering white vinegar and pressing in the later stage. Mine is too much water, which leads to too long. The heavy objects on the tofu box must be safer and more important.
