100g dried soybeans are reserved.

Add water to the inner pot of the rice cooker. Keep the water temperature slightly hot. Take a large bowl, pour 2.5g of dextrose lactone, and pour 1/5 cup of warm water with a measuring cup of a soymilk machine.

Filter the soymilk made by the soymilk machine, pour it into a large bowl, stir evenly with chopsticks, scoop out the bubbles on the surface of the soymilk with a slotted spoon, and let it stand for half an hour.
