Homemade Tofu Flower

Prepare the materials. Soak the soybeans overnight in advance. (I replaced the raisins in the picture with brown sugar)

Put the soaked soybeans into the juicer to shake the juice, and add water while shaking.

Shake the soybeans twice.

Use a sieve to remove the residue. It is best to filter twice to make the bean curd more tender.

Boil the beans on medium high heat.

Boil until boiling and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

After turning off the heat, add the internal grease that has been dissolved in water in advance. Mix twice with a spoon and close the lid.

Let it stand for 15 minutes.

Put two slices of ginger under water in a proper amount in the pot. After the water is boiled, add brown sugar to make red ginger syrup.
10.
Pour the tofu flower into a bowl and pour brown sugar ginger water and enjoy.
Tips:
It is more convenient to have a wall-breaking machine or cooking machine at home. When boiling soy milk, it must be boiled and then boiled for 5 minutes so that the soy milk is cooked.
