Homemade Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Wash the small tomatoes, you can also use the large tomatoes to see your personal preference. I personally like the small tomatoes to taste a little fresher.

Cut the tomato into small pieces and you can stir-fry it in a smaller way.

We use our own native eggs, so the golden yolk will be more nutritious, just add proper amount of salt and chicken essence.

After adding edible oil, the pan is heated and scrambled eggs first

After the eggs are out of the pan, add a little oil and stir-fry the tomatoes. After the juice is out, you can add the scrambled eggs

Add eggs and stir fry together. If you like the soup a little bit more juice, you can add a little water and stir fry for a while and it will be out of the pot.
