Homemade Version of Lamb and Cabbage Vermicelli Soup with Chili Oil

Put the vermicelli in cold water until the water boils for one minute, turn off the heat, and continue to soak the vermicelli. Or you can soak the bubbles in advance

One catty of lamb ribs, rinse with cold water in flooded water (the water is boiled, the ribs are added until the water is boiled again, and the ribs are taken out).
