Homemade Wine

Choose grapes with full grains and no damage.
Put it in clean water, add a spoonful of flour, gently shake the grapes, then pour out the water, and wash twice with clean water.

Pick the grapes, dry them on the surface, and wipe them again with a paper towel to make sure that there is no moisture on the grapes.

Add rock sugar.

Put it in the refrigerator and let it stand for half a month to a month.

Strain out the grape skins. The remaining liquid can be kept in the refrigerator for refrigeration, can be kept in place, or can be drunk directly.
Tips:
The grapes should not have moisture, you can shake it every day to melt the rock sugar evenly.
