Homemade Yam Bean Sugar Skewers
1.
Pick and wash yam beans.
2.
Put the washed yam beans into a pot and cook.
3.
Let the boiled yam beans cool and put them on a bamboo stick or toothpick for barbecue.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of rock sugar or white sugar on the bottom of the pot. I use white sugar, and I put a large spoonful of it with a spoon for cooking. Then put in the same proportion of water and boil it on a low fire until large bubbles are formed, and it is basically just fine. Be sure to pay attention to the heat. I just started boiled for a while, but the two skewers used to test the sugar were not very successful. The sugar turned white, but it didn't make it well. It was just fine when it turned yellow and burnt.
5.
Pour the boiled syrup on the yam bean skewers, put it on a plate with cold water and let it cool before eating. If the sugar is cold, reheat it until it melts.
6.
In fact, the same is true for candied haws cooked with brown sugar, but the color may be a little darker. To sum up, it is basically successful and needs to be further improved, hehe.
