Homemade Yogurt

Prepare the relevant ingredients, and at the same time use boiling water to scald the inner bucket of the bread machine for disinfection

Pour in the bread bucket: fine sugar and 1 box of pure milk, mix well

Pour 1 bag of lactic acid bacteria powder and mix well
4.
Pour in the remaining pure milk and mix well
5.
Put in the bread machine
6.
Start the yogurt program for 6 hours
7.
When the time is up, take out the bread bucket and let it dry, then put it in the refrigerator
Tips:
1. Bread bucket and mixer: need to be scalded with boiling water for disinfection in advance;
2. Granulated sugar and lactic acid bacteria powder and milk: need to be mixed evenly.
