Homemade Yogurt

Prepare all the ingredients. I used Deyun whole milk powder from Australia direct mail. Wash the yogurt bucket in advance and scald it with boiling water for later use

Tips:
You can make yogurt at home by yourself, or you can use liquid pure milk without cream. The taste is more tender with cream. My kids are not happy with sugar, so I added sugar. . If you don't add sugar, you can use pure water at room temperature without boiling water. If you use boiling water, it must be cooled to less than 38 degrees, otherwise the high temperature will destroy the activity of the bacterial powder, and the yogurt will not succeed. The container for the liquid must be clean and scalded with boiling water.
