Homemade Yogurt

Prepare fresh milk and strains

Pour one-third of the fresh milk into the yogurt maker container, add the strains and stir evenly

Add the remaining two-thirds of the fresh milk and stir well

Put it in the yogurt maker, plug it in, and it will take 8 to 10 hours

Put it in the refrigerator and let it cool. Add a drop of Gelinor Organic Flaxseed Oil when you eat. You can put some honey if you like sweetness.

Tips:
If you want to make yogurt in winter, the time can be extended, 10 to 12 hours is best!
