Homemade Yogurt

Fresh milk is cooked in a milk pan.

Pour into the inner pot of the yogurt maker.

Add a spoonful of sugar

Put a bag of probiotics.

Put it into the yogurt machine and start the program for 8 hours.

After eight hours, the yogurt is ready. Look, there is a layer of butter on it. This is the unique look of yogurt made from pure fresh milk. There is no butter on the yogurt made from ready-made milk.

I added cooked sago and fruit with yogurt and it was great.
Tips:
When making yogurt, the amount of sugar added is up to personal preference, it can be more or less, or not added.
After the yogurt is made, it is best to eat it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. The type of fruit can be chosen at will.
